We recommend going up one size.
Endorphin is adapted to the Norwegian market and fits whether you have wide or narrow feet. The running shoes have a drop of 10mm and are therefore well suited for long walks. The outsole is made of a lighter EVA foam so your feet get good cushioning whether you walk a lot at work or run long distances.
The shoes are washable . Remove the laces and insole and set the washing machine to 30 degrees with a low spin cycle.

I struggle with a nerve under my foot when I wear regular shoes, but when I use these, I don't feel the nerve because they have a very good sole. I can strongly recommend these shoes. I usually wear size 44 in Nike, and 44 in these fit well on my feet.

I had heard a lot of good things about these shoes and was looking forward to trying them. Although I expected good quality, I was incredibly positively surprised when I tried these. Seriously the prettiest and most comfortable shoes I've ever had 😍 I had also read that these were a bit large in size, and expected that 38 would be a bit big for me. I'm usually a 37/38 in sneakers. But the shoe fit me perfectly, so I found these to be normal in size.

I now have 3 pairs. I love these shoes. I bought the last pair as a B-stock item. Found no faults. They fit the foot, are true to size. Sit well. Breathe well and I don't feel like my foot gets sweaty during training. These are super good to use on asphalt, in the woods, or in group training. Can be washed in the washing machine. Really recommended.

This is the perfect training shoe / casual shoe 😍 I just got a pair in all black and I love them🙌 I already have a pair of white ones that are very well worn from this spring/summer and definitely not white anymore 😂 I see that many have washed them in the machine, so I'm considering testing that. Definitely among the best shoes I've ever used! I usually wear size 38 in shoes and chose 38 here as well, and I think it fit perfectly. They are a bit roomy/wide in the front, but I actually really like that since I feel my feet can "breathe" nicely in these shoes.
